Yesterday I had yet another chance to hit the Willamette for some Springer action. We had a great day, getting 7 hook ups and 4 to the boat. All hatchery fish bright as bright as could be! One of which tipped 30 lbs! Biggest springer I have ever seen. *(I know they come bigger, but for me that was a treat). We started fishing at 0 dark 30, and fished til about 3 pm. not a bad days work... Well, planning on going out again on Tuesday, more reports & blogs to come.
